Your East Kennet Primary Care Network
At East Kennet Primary Care Network (EKPCN), our mission is to improve the health and well-being of individuals and families in all our GP practices.
Through collaboration and innovation, we aim to provide a wider range of services, promote prevention and early intervention, and ensure that our rurally based patient population receive the support they need to lead healthy lives.
EKPCN was established in 2019 following the publication of NHS Long Term Plan. The PCN consists of four neighbourhood GP practices, which have a total patient population of more than 38,000. The practices the PCN represents are Burbage Surgery, Ramsbury & Wanborough Surgery, Old School Surgery (Great Bedwyn), and Kennet & Avon Medical Partnership.
Our PCN is a collaborative group of GPs whose surgeries are focal points within their communities.
